General Regulations

  1. Students / Parents / Guardians will be bound by the rules and regulations in all respects, which may be modified from time to time, and all matters of dispute are subject to the final decision of the Principal/Managing Director.
  2. Students should be orderly and disciplined at the time of assembling for prayer and also at other functions.
  3. Students should respect the beauty and cleanliness of the school and take utmost care to promote the same.
  4. Students are responsible for their belongings and the school connot be held responsible for their jewellery, books money etc lost by them while every effort is made by the school management to reduce the loss of such articles.
  5. Running or playing in the school compound and shouting inside the classes are not allowed.
  6. Students are prohibited from going out of school premises during school hours and lunch hour without the permission of the principal.
  7. No Transfer certificate or leaving certificate will be issued until all dues to the school have been paid in full, with a written application from the parent or guardian.
  8. Fees are to be paid in advance before the 10th of each month, failing which a fine of Rs. 25/-will be levied for each month.
  9. 75% attendance is compulsory for all students to appear in the final examination held towards the end of the academic session.
  10. No leave of absence is granted except on an application by parents or guardians for plausible reasons only.
  11. Repeated absence without leave or unexplained absence for more than six consecutive days, renders the student liable to have his/her name struck off the roll. Re-admission may be granted only on payment of fresh admission fee at the discretion of the Principal.
  12. A student returning to school after suffering from an infectious or contagious disease should produce a doctor’s certificate, permitting him/her to attend the school.
  13. Holiday dates are issued well in advance and we would ask that children are withdrawn from school time only when it is unavoidable. It is crucially important to attend as much schooling as possible. Parents are requested to submit a leave application in the instance of child being absent from school. No child is allowed to leave the school during school hours, without a note of request from parents duly signed by the principal.
